Items purchased from KYPRIS cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective. We do not offer satisfaction returns or exchanges. Defective items will be exchanged for the same within 14 calendar days of purchase and must be accompanied by the sales receipt from KYPRIS. All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved.
